Summer's not over just yet! This simple smoothie recipe is refreshing, light on calories and will have you out the door in minutes.

  • 1/2 cup pineapple diced
  • 1/2 cup peaches sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional)
  • 1 cup Welch’s Refreshingly Simple Juice: Peach Mango or Strawberry Raspberry


  1. Combine ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend till smooth(ie). See what I did there? Yes, I'm corny.

Recipe Notes

Here’s a tip for the smoothie maker with a busy schedule: Slice and freeze your banana the night before and store it in a Ziploc bag so that it’s ready to go in the morning. You can also measure out all of your fruit the night before and bag it up so that you can toss everything in the blender right away.
