(Not quite homemade) Focaccia

Craving pizza but don't want all the grease and calories? Focaccia is your answer! Kermanig's handmade Focaccia only takes a few minutes to prepare and will have your dinner guests thinking it came straight from your kitchen! Which... it did... sort of.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Kermanig focaccia bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. While oven heats, prepare olive oil and garlic spread. Mince 1 clove of garlic. Combine garlic and 1 tbsp of olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush mixture over entire piece of bread.

  4. Bake for 3-4 mins until crispy. Do not flip over.

Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks and frozen for up to 3 months.
